Simply put, we are committed to food justice, making food more available and affordable to people, and empowering others to grow our local food economy while providing paths to entrepreneurship through cooperative creation. We have partnered with the Rouxbe Online Cooking School to help those that want to move toward self-sufficiency in the culinary arts field. Our online program focuses on foundational culinary techniques, methods of cooking that form the basis of cuisines around the world. Rouxbe facilitates training and similar professional development programs around the world. To date, over 17,000 working cooks have used similar Rouxbe programs to develop and hone their culinary skills.
